iDetailAid launches new Support Centre

At iDetailAid, we have always strived to provide our users with useful articles, hints & tips and quick and easy access to our support staff.

With our new online support centre we want to make the experience even better, making content easier to find and providing more relevant help.

We're also excited to introduce the new iDetailAid Community.

New Call-to-action

iDetailAid has been designed to make content authoring easy.

With no need to know any code, our users can create beautiful, interactive Digital Sales Aids using the simple and intuitive drag and drop editor.

However, when it comes to making more complex eDetails or extending the Veeva integration, a little helping hand might be required. With the new support centre, iDetailAid users are able to:

  • Easily find the content they're looking for
  • Join the community to ask and answer questions about the platform
  • Request new features and shape the future of iDetailAid

We've split our content into easy to navigate sections so you can get the help you need, even quicker.

Whether it's a guide to getting started on the platform, customer specific information, tutorial videos or popular articles, these can be accessed directly from the home page.


Join the Community


Some of our users, be they brand managers, agencies or developers have become experts in using iDetailAid. They have used tricks and techniques, authoring their eDetail content in ways we hadn't thought of.

This type of knowledge is so useful that we wanted to provide a forum where information could be shared. Our Community area is a place where questions can be asked and answers given by both our technical support staff and expert iDetailAid users. 

Request Features

iDetailAid has been built to meet the needs of pharmaceutical companies and their agencies and our development roadmap is heavily influenced by the feedback we get from our users.

We wanted to make it even easier for ideas and suggestions to be shared with us and the user community, so we have now introduced this feature into the new Community area. 

You can now suggest features and vote on the suggestions of other users.
